Embodying Authentic Leadership in Nascent Entrepreneurship for Sustainable Success

Authentic leadership has emerged as a positive approach that stimulates psychological and ethical safety in the work environment to enhance organizational outcomes. Grounded on authentic three- factor model, purpose of this study was develop fuller understanding from lived experiences nascent entrepreneurs. Applying phenomenological research method, we explored 10 founder-CEOs Information Technology startups. The data collection instruments were semistructured interview questions field notes reflective overarching question: “What are entrepreneurs’ leadership?” Our findings indicated entrepreneurs employ unbiased information sharing, relational openness transparency, values-centered leadership, people-oriented development learning culture key success strategies their approach. From practical standpoint, study’s may help scholars practitioners entrepreneurial policies programs based authenticity improve individual performance. recommendations for further include exploring across other economic sectors using more integrative process recognizes followers active contributors success. implication social change includes potential successful entrepreneurship business practices could venture outcomes, growth, sustainability.
